GTA IV - worth the wait?

Got it yesterday

The graphics are amazing - the detail of the city, the behaviour of its inhabitants.
One thing that really surprised me is that it doesn't seem to be in hi-res. There's so much on screen that it looks like they've concentrated the graphical processing power on dealing with that than on using hi-res.

nah im considering what console to get it on lol, but will most likwly be ps3 as i refuse to pay microsoft to play online

hows the online play or isnt it very active?

Haven't tried it online yet. Despite being about 4 metres away from my router, my PS3 spectacularly fails to get a wifi signal due to the walls in between.
So I'd have to move my router, and being extremely lazy, I haven't got round to it yet.

It's fantastic. I had some problems with the game freezing - you've probably heard about it. But they've patched it and it works fine now. The multiplayer is great fun

ive heard, msot of my mk8s have it lol, but im still waiting to get it. ive got loads of stuff i wana buy tho and GTA is prety low on the list xD

stil im sure when i get it the ps3 will come out of hiding :p
