Rainbow Islands
The sequel to Bubble Bobble bestows Bub and Bob (now curiously human) with the interesting power to generate small rainbows. The rainbows serve as a mode of transport as well as weapons, and the aim is to climb to the top of each level before the rising water engulfs you. Rainbow Islands retains the cute graphics of its predecessor and adds an explosion of colour to make one the most visually striking arcade games of all time.
